All orders are shipped F.O.B. from our New York warehouse. Orders are normally processed and shipped within two to five business days after the receipt of your order, and if your item is in stock. Please call if there is any question about delivery time or stock item availability.

S&H charges for the shipping services offered for orders up to $50 are listed below. Orders that total over $50 will be charged at twice the listed S&H fee for the service selected.

Standard - US Postal Service 1st Class Mail to all 50 states and APO/FPO addresses: $5.50. Usually takes from 5 to 7 days for delivery within 48 states. Some areas may take longer.

Priority - US Postal Service Priority Mail to all 50 states: $7.95. Usually takes 2 to 3 days for delivery within 48 states. Some areas may take longer. (Note: The US Postal Service does not guarantee delivery of 2-3 day Priority Mail nor is any tracking offered.)

UPS 2nd Day Air (48 States USA only) - service available in 48 States of the USA only and is calculated based on published UPS rates for item weight and distance, plus a handling charge.

UPS Overnight (48 States USA only) - service available in 48 States of the USA only and is calculated based on published UPS rates for item weight and distance, plus a handling charge. Please note that same-day shipping via overnight service is only available on orders submitted by 10 AM EST on normal business days M-F. Please call if you have special shipping requirements. Weekend overnight delivery service not available.

Canada - US Postal Service Mail: $10.00 per $50 of order total. Any Customs, Duty or VAT is recipients responsibility. Your shipment will have the proper customs forms with your order's value attached.

International - US Postal Service Air Mail to serviced countries: $12.25 per $50 of order. Orders for shipment to countries outside of those listed on our shopping cart page are not accepted. All customs charges, VAT /tax, and duty is responsiblity of receiving customer. INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARD ORDERS MUST HAVE THE SAME BILLING & SHIPPING ADDRESS, AND BE THE SAME AS ON RECORD WITH CREDIT CARD ISSUER. We may require that a legably signed order form, including the credit card imprint, be faxed to 1-631-776-0736 for all international credit cards. Please contact us for details or questions on any orders for international shipment. We can not provide tracking information for international mail. Customer assumes all responsibility for delivery of goods once it has left our hands.
