Our stylus writing tips are engineered to provide maximum performance and protection for your touchscreen. With proper care, they will continue to perform as new for many years of normal use.

If you ever damage the writing-tip of your PDA Panache stylus in any way, you may send the stylus to our factory where we will repair and return it for no charge.

Please package and label your stylus securely for return to our factory. YOU CAN NOT PUT A SHARP METAL STYLUS IN A STANDARD WHITE ENVELOPE AND EXPECT IT TO GET TO US THROUGH THE U.S. MAIL. Use something like a bubble package or floppy disk mailer, not a regular business envelope. We CAN NOT be responsible for styluses lost or damaged in transit to us, or for styli received without your return address information.

Tip repairs are for PDA Panache brand styli only, no stock styluses or other manufacturer's styli accepted**, or returned to you if sent. Your repaired stylus will be returned via 1st-class US Postal Service Mail only for no charge*. Please allow 2-3 weeks for tip repair processing.

* US address customers only. No-charge repairs are returned via 1st Class USPS Mail only at no charge to you. If delivery is required via another carrier, standard S&H fees apply. International customers please include payment via an international postal money order in U.S. funds for our standard international S&H charges. Our international S&H charge is $5.75 for Canada, $9.75 for rest-of-world.
